Weave the feeling of the adjacent nature preserve into the community and make it a standout community. Process: Over 6 years, we worked to deliver a high-quality project for both the houses and the park spaces.

Results

With nearly 600 homes, a community center, large central park, 1.5 miles of public ‘Bay-Trail”, and 3 pocket parks, this community located at the edge of the San Francisco Bay created pleasing, livable spaces for residents that provide ample access to nature.
