Goal

This project is located in an area with lots of similar rental properties. The developer came to us looking to make the project really standout through eye catching amenity spaces that would make residents happy. This project is situated in an area with numerous comparable rental properties. The developer approached us with the goal of creating a standout development, one that would distinguish itself through thoughtfully designed, eye-catching amenity spaces aimed at enhancing resident satisfaction.

Process

We really dove into what people in this area would want. What would make them happy to be in their outdoor space and what would really get them excited to get outside? We spent time brainstorming these ideas and studying neighboring properties to develop an amenity program that would be used and make the project standout.

Results

We are able to create amenity rich projects with multiple courtyards filled with unique amenities that lead to the project being fully leased faster than the developers projections.
